Heres some tip for gain the Herrscher bar lil bit faster, i suggest doing 2 Normal Attack, 1 Evade, 2 again, and another evade. Now evade again (if you did connected all 4 NA, it show be an full bar) and then attack (becuase when u have an fully charged -> Evade -> Attack, Mei will automaticly do the slam sword thingy).

Im so mald about that if you run ult build - you are must have 3 signets of ely😡😤

Generally speaking, its only 2 for the Ult build, of course u might wanna pick that 1 ego signet where u gather the enemies when doing an charged attack, this is optional because the ult can slice the enemies even if your far away from them. Also it seems like you are quite upset that Mei needs 3 while you could just ask Becase of You at Floor 7 since Floor 8 is the double signet reward. Idk just me a thing
