Classic 92. Loads of shove its, big spins, airwalk enigmas. The boards had only had that big nose popsicle shape for less than a year, Months really. Many tricks were pretty new, and recently learnt, giving that flat spot wheel sound. Killed loads of wheels in that time doing nose and tailslide variations. Great time to be a skater. Skating usually with no camera in sight. It didn't even occur to us to film, even if we had camera. Not till mid 90s really.
Calling this a documentary is a stretch, but love this era. James had some Iconic fits. Ghetto Wears, Black chukkas with the white sole, Brown Pants with the blue top. But man, those corpse arms are hectic
He looks so swagged out in the tracksuit in the gray hair I love it
OG Pioneer!
thanks Steezy
✌
You give everything to skateboarding, and it just takes it

I feel like he’s the big brother figure of skateboarding
Shame he doesn’t even have a nine club yet.
@@DanielHollingsworth who cares as long as it’s some stories. He’s a natural comedian so anything he talks about will be somewhat entertaining.
@@DanielHollingsworth I’ve seen them
This guy knew everyone and everyone knew him. He could talk for hours
He rode for Experience for a while too.
Love Kelch, dude has the gritty. One thing I was wondering though, does anyone else mute the volume on these videos or is it just me?
What does he do for work these days?
I don’t know him personally but a few of my friends know him well. I believe he has his own skateboard company called “Hella Cool” go support him
