Just wondering how the tourist would feel/ do if these guards came on vacation to wherever they live & go to their place of employment & keep trying to stand beside them & take pictures & touch them.
Those plants have been literally ripped out the ground I can't believe the police didn't try to stop her dancing in the road or stealing that sign police here never act when they should or sometimes never even show up when they're called the justice system here is stupid
The police are MOD Ministry of Defence police as Horse Guards behind the gates is a Military property , their role is security and antiterrorism . They were at the gates observing no doubt on their radios , the street is Whitehall , Met police have the responsibility . The person didn't try to enter Horse Guards he stayed on public land !
Those plants look like they have just been pulled up, and he’s on the way back to repot them 😂 something’s not right with him.🤣 now it looks like he’s made off with a sign 🤣 it’s the plants I feel sorry for 😂
I'd rather see someone weird dancing around with plants, that look as if she pulled them out of a plant pot nearby, than to watch all the annoying tourists that won't give the horse a break, as they are sprawled all over him, and have their hands all over his face!
Unless someone is actually causing trouble,harassing the guards or posing a direct threat to the military establishment inside the gates 10:12 Ministry of Defence police will not intervene on the council owned pavement.
Troopers still have to do regular watch duties 24/7. There will be several troopers working overnight whilst the rest if the troop are in blissful dreamland in the dorms at Horseguards. Plus Horseguards is now fully covered by up to date CCTV since the refurbishment of the systems in December.
After watching many of these videos there is one very common thing I've noticed from people of all different nationalities, they don't have any common sense! I see little children standing and petting the horses by themselves, I see parents pushing their children right up against the horses, I see a parent holding their little babies right next to the horses head. I see grown adults being totally oblivious as to how to act around the horses and showing no respect. It just saddens me. 🤦🏻♀️
Many people of both genders are just attention seeking. In many Eastern countries what we regard as the peace sign is actually regarded as a sign of happiness. China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam etc.
I'm more shocked about how inapropriately some females are dressed. Old women in very short dresses, large women in very tight short short's, very large girl's in skimpy bra tops & no cover up's, NOT 1 of the afore mentioned was British thank goodness 🇬🇧 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@Laraine3 I can't see this person getting arrested when they don't arrest all the "stop oil" people that sit in the road and completely block traffic. How many months has this been going on? People have to get out of their cars and drag them out of the way. In comparison this seems minor.

I spent some time today trying to locate a spare part for my tractor.... it was stressful... Please, someone find out what the "Plant Lady" was on.... I need a bit of it....😉🙃😵💫
I still say that they shiuld not be allowed to touch the horses or stand close to them and they should have to pay for pictures taken of the horses and guards.
