I guess you didn't charge this clipper before you made an rpm test because a friend of mine have it and its 7000rpm

I guess your friend is lying to you or has a malfunctioning rpm test app because a 5W rotary motor can not run at 7000rpm, it would need to be between 7.5-10W for that to be true.
