Lovely boat. Aqualine does a wonderful job at fitting out boats. Nice layout. I think we're at the point in our friendship where there is no longer the need to say "sorry." Thank you for showing all those cupboards.
You're buying a new boat, and it's priced like one. I've fallen out with diner-style dinettes as there never seems to be enough clearance for most people. Would prefer a wood or solid fuel stove, but that's me. But when you're spending this kind of money, the question becomes do you want a boat right now, or a customized boat that you'll have to wait on?
Nice but I think over priced. Original owner lost 20% in VAT on taking possession but like a new car. Add another 15% in new asset depreciation. Sad bur I think true.
I still think the market is starting to dwindle for canal boats i see more and more "Reduced" has the bubble burst I wonder? 1.8k for a week's Holiday to basically sleep in a ditch or go abroad?
It's a beautiful boat but if I were to buy one it would have to be a widebeam for me - that 'narow' is just too much to put up with ! I have spent one holiday in one & did not much enjoy it after the first couple of days !
Probably cost around the asking price to build. The main saving is time, probably 18 months wait to get a premium builder like Aqualine to build from scratch. You can always make more money but you can't make time. Just buy it!😅
I can’t see how a 3’10” bed can in any way be any good as a double. That would have to be addressed. Otherwise, that’s a lovey boat and despite being £145k, if you want a “new” boat, here’s one that will save you an 18 month wait.
People watch the highly edited videos and fall for a lifestyle that isn’t reality. I guess they get on the canals and realise it’s not how it’s made out.

Yup,...Its a lovely boat!! Ticks all the boxes for me!!
"Cooker never been used" have thought at £145k probably previous owners were paying a chef... Or takeaways each cruise night, for sure!
The best boat for ages. It's difficult to find any faults with it?

Beautiful Narrowboat for a good price.

You aren't watching this broker much then, the boats are flying through. Reduced just means another broker has overpriced it on first advert
@@matty40s where did I say this broker? It’s a general observation, but if you think I’m wrong that’s perfectly fine. Have a fantastic day

@@philelliott5327 unfortunately it takes time to make more money?
Worth 85k every day of the week.
Bubble has burst.

Correct, I have both, I know which I prefer.
@@michealpercy1741 both is perfect
Why would someone buy something at such great expense and not use it?
Life happens....
Lockdown purchase? Buyer’s remorse?
