  • This is the first test for potato planters , works perfectly , before we are all done manually , now it goes very quickly , before we should first make a ditch , then sprinkle fertilizer , then set the potato and finally cover the potato , now this machine does it all effortlessly ,you can go faster with tractor if you want there is no problem, greeting everyone

    I've seen a lot of potato planters, but this one is the best in balancing complexity and functionality, because it still very simple, yet very effective.
    Great machine! Best wishes!

    Hi,
    Congratulations on this simple design for planting potatoes. It works really well and to plant two rows is pretty fast.. I have a question, would it be easier to put the potatoes through a dusting of fertiliser, shake the access off before they go to be planted on your machine so they will have a light coat of the fertiliser before they get planted. Just something I have been thinking about since I first viewed your first design ideas for this very efficient machine.
    And when you harvest the potatoes do you leave the stems and green branches to get ploughed back in as that will give you maybe as much fertiliser, if most of the green parts are left to get ploughed in before they dry out?

    • @Mladen365
      @Mladen365  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +mrbluenun as i say fertilizer is just an option,many people around plant potato without fertilizer,they add fertilizer after on the top,we always clean to the ground when we harvest potato,the most important thing is that this planter save as lot of hard work,you can see how hard is to do that manualy in one of my video,so this planter is life saver

  • @skeets6060

    How are the fertilizer jugs set up to drop fertilizer ?

      You can make almost all this from wood,or you can use car rims for that two wheels for potato,it is easy to make this planter and it works better than single row automatic planter,i don't sell anything i made,i can't give you any plans for this planter,i work everything from my head,i imagine how it has to look like and than i build it step by step,greetings

    To Madhvi Pandian: You can make it yourself, or hire some metal artisans to do it, just copy this video and follow every shape of the parts. It is not a patented device, it is open source or as is said in legal terminology, PUBLIC DOMAIN. If you wrote this note to Mladen, you have enough talent an ingenuity to make a copy of this machine.All you need is TIME, will power and some MONEY. New York, 02/04/17.

    • @Mladen365
      @Mladen365  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes you can copy but you cant sell,even if it is not patented i found the way if someone try to build and sell copy of any of my projects,for personal use it is not problem,that is why i upload and share all my projects with other people in world
