Hello!! May I ask you a question since you are there. This morning I got my visa 😊. At the top it says Good for entry 1/2/24 and 1/5/24 until…. Do you know what that means? When I did the app I stated I wanted to stay on country and live permanently in DaNang. That gives me like 4 days. Is that when I go to immigration and ask to stay? I can’t find an answer online.
I think that’s how long your visa which I assume is a visitor’s visa last for, and according to the dates you said, the visa is valid from 1/2/24 until 1/5/24, that’s how long you are eligible to stay in the country for.
If you want to line here permanently, you need to get a resident visa, and you need to be working here in order to get that.
@@esiriscorner oh. Ok… then they probably won’t let me stay there in country. I do not work. I had a stroke 6 years ago so I am on social security disability and get a check every month. Not sure if they let that go as work. Hmmm.

Hi, I don’t know about converting from tourist to student visa, however, I do know you can convert from tourist to work visa.

You can convert your tourist visa to student visa, just mk sure the school you are applying to will help you do that
