Same thing happened to Jen Phelps on her channel. She ordered all the shades directly from NYX but only 6 came. Must be a glitch somewhere.

Steff I feel for you, the exact same thing happened to me, half my order was missing and their customer service being closed on the weekends is annoing. I enjoy NYX but it sounds like they bungled this launch for many people. Thank you for your content and for sharing all these swatches.
Yes!! It was obviously a soft launch since it was for account holders only, I don’t think they expected it to go viral lol! 😂 I’m more than sure they have stock of all the blushes. I hope they officially launch this week!

Thank you so much for the super-quick turnaround on this video, especially taking time on your weekend! Even apart from the billing shenanigans (allowing checkout to go through and taking people's payment without inventory to back it up), the super-quick total sellout isn't ideal.
NYX was already phasing out all their most recent blush ranges. For a major cosmetics brand to basically have few to no powder blushes at all to sell on their site is not a good look!
It's no problem at all! I get a lot done on the weekends when it comes to my channel! I know NYX loves to shake things up with their products. I think this was just a soft release and the real one is coming up soon. I think all those shades are in stock they just aren't putting them up.
@@SteffsBeautyStash ah, crafty of them , if true! Well, it sure is working because the "snafu" is creating a tempest in a teapot which leads to more people hearing about the product and wanting it!
Sounds like NYX wasn't prepared for this launch and over-sold them! Hopefully their customer service can get you sorted with either the missing blushes or a refund AND a refund for your rush shipping!

I ordered the terracotta shimmer, tangerine shimmer, and coral shimmer ones. They are supposed to get here tomorrow. By the looks of the notification, all 3 were shipped. I think the matte ones look slightly satin. I am hoping the shimmers are glittery

I felt your studio lights were too bright to really see a close up of the colours and how they sat on your skin. Do they let texture or pores peak through? Many colours looked the same but in saying that I truly do appreciate that you created this video! Just wanted to share that feedback to hopefully help out for future videos 🙌🏼
I didn’t notice it emphasizing any texture so that’s good! I wore the last one all day today and it lasted! Looked just as pigmented at end of day as beginning.

@Chihuahuamama1983 , oh yes you can be too mad about it! Overselling inventory that doesn't exit/isn't sufficient is bad enough from a small independent one-or-two-person outfit. From a company with an international presence in many major retailers, it's not acceptable.
Seems they did it to way too many people.
Maybe the company that manages their website dropped the ball on listing items as Out of Stock.
This happened to me too! I am super bummed. I bought 10 shades and ended up having to cancel my entire order since they were all sold out. Definitely feels like they weren’t prepared for this launch, which is a huge disappointment. :(

The blush you’re wearing now is pretty and also the fushi one is nice too. But I like the one ☝️ that you had problems with and I think 🤔 you could use the dark browns as a eyeshadow

I wanted to order a few, but honestly glad I didn’t. They looked way too difficult to blend in and patchy imo.
That one was patchy and idk y! Maybe it was the shade.

I’d probably wait for all shades to be available. The shade I’m most drawn to is All the Butta💜
I really wanted them to make a yellow shade, I hope they do. It’s nice to mix that one with others.

Hey Steff, I have tried to find a good pallet with a dark rainbow color story. Do you know of any or any recommendations? Sorry, I know this is off-topic, but I've been searching with no luck.
NYX not sending $50 of product is so bad, and I heard it's happening to other people. That wasn't a computer error since it was on the packing slip. I'm interested in a few of these, but will wait for the Ulta display.

The bright orange and the violet ones are my fav but not a fan of how glowy they are especially with my textured skin. Still hope these work out for others!

Okay so it's not just me lol these didn't look matte. The swatches looked like they have a sheen.
I ordered my blush Friday. I wanted the purple but it was sold out! So I go pink instead. Today they are all sold out!
I got a refund for the 5 I wasn’t sent.
I ordered 5 of the cooler toned blushes the day they came out. The order has been shipped, and I hope all the blushes are actually in the box. I’m kind of worried now. 😬

I feel like these didn’t blend out easy on you. You had to keep cutting and coming back to clearly super blended out finished shots. Seemed like some went on patchy. I jwasnt able to get any of these, but ordered a bronzer from them to see what the texture is like. I was able to get several of the really bright Dior blushes and they are really great.
I ordered 2 eyeliners and 2 blushes cuz the purple was already sold out. Plus i was supposed to have the new blush brush. Only the eyeliners shipped. I wish id not ordered nothing and wait for them to get to ulta
OMG really?! This sucks!! I don't thin they expected it to go viral. I do think they have the blushes though. That was a soft launch.
@SteffsBeautyStash update: customer service said the blushes and brush are on backorder and they will ship them once they're back. I find this ridiculous being they're a big company. There should've been way more stock imo. But at least I'll get them eventually...
An update. I ordered most of the shades but 1 came in my order. Got an email that the rest were back and I could CANCEL or complete the order with free shipping plus a gift of my choice… I choose to cancel - but watch your emails.

They seem like they may be so pigmented that they get patchy easily.
I think that one shade was perhaps just the shade. The others I found to be just fine, but I will try my Rephr brush next time.

I feel like they're super pigmented so they show up on darker skintones. In all the review videos it looks way too dark, patchy and then it looks like the same shade after buffing in 10x. By then, the primer, foundation, and powders have all rubbed off!
They look patchy to me.
I hope they give you a full refund. That’s really frustrating. Especially because you paid a lot of money for rushed shipping!
