  • WISAMO is an innovation from Michelin Group allowing a new and easy experience of sailing.
WISAMO Wing Sail Mobility is an inflated wingsail, fully automated and retractable for a real ease of use. Navigation becomes accessible for newcomers in sailing with an easy handling. And senior sailers are now able to benefit from a quiet and environmental friendly yachting practice when the boat engine is off.
WISAMO wingsail performance is optimum upwind allowing almost no heel.
The telescopic mast is foldable directly from the pontoon and could be totally brought down in order to pass easily under bridges

This is the dark Michelin wingman jump suit but it has its head missing thats because it was a doggie eat dog world to cover the scissor X

I understand the operator sets the course and the technology adjusts the sail to match. But what does it do if the course is directly into the wind? Does it tack back and forth automatically? I did not understand the equipment controlled the helm. Just curious how that is handled. Thanks.
