Hello, comment from 7 years ago that you probably forgot about. According to setlist.fm, that's actually sorta true. The DVD is a compilation of three shows they did in New York. During the latter two shows, Tornado was the fourth song following Clarissa and Shut Me Up in that order with 1989 following Tornado (the first song was different for both shows though). During the first show, however, it was the setlist opener with Clarissa being second and Shut Me Up being fourth, but considering all the members are already visibly sweaty and Steve audibly gags into the mic halfway through the song, it's probably from either the second or third night. I hope this extremely delayed reply gives you at least some mild closure, assuming you're not now dead or brain-damaged to the point of illiteracy. *flies off to go mildly factcheck some other really old comment*
