    Judiciary and IAS, both are extremely important for society. You cannot administer and manage resources without ground report and interaction. That is why IAS have so much public exposure. But this is also the reason why some IAS become corrupt, because of so much interaction with politicians, many get political protection and become virtually immune to any action against them.
    This must NEVER happen with judiciary in the interest of justice.
    IAS and Judges are both humans. And corruption is human nature. That is the reason why judges are discouraged from public interaction.

    मुझे अब लग रहा है कि मेरा वकील बना रहना ही ठीक है।
    रही बात Judges की तो उनकी Personal और Professional life को अलग अलग रखा जाना चाहिए।
    वो लोगों में जितना घुलेंगे उतना समाज की समस्यायों को बारीकी से जान पायेंगे। बाकी तो हर चीज का कुछ सकारात्मक और नकारात्मक प्रभाव होता है।

    I think judiciary's code of conduct should remain the same because your judgement will impact the society and therefore you have to be more responsible and the people who can sacrifice their personal life should come in the service. If not then there is more professions .

    No judge have power they only follow according to law but IAS officer in his field is more powerful officer but if IAS officer is correct no one can touch him but if he is corrupt or wrong then judge can punish him ..

    As per My opinion judiciary should give justice fast,and then in personal Life they should get some relaxation, because they also human, hower The relaxation not over ride of independence of judiciary,and Also not basissness for society.

    They solve cases even having corrupt
    IAS ,IPS so dont teach them rather teach your police to do investigation.

    Iss hisab se executive officers {ias,ips} ka bhi working time 9to 5 hona chahiye aur leave bhi judges ki tarah qki vo bhi insaan hai. Unki bhi family hai.😢😢😢😊

    judge is a machine not a human being. There are so many cases where judges left their job and join any other profession like lecturer

    According to me, dancing in farewell party is not a big issue, everyone has a personal life, till the time one is serving his or her responsibility honestly, they should not be barred from enjoying their parties or personal space. After all judges are also humans.

      @@vikasv4054 as far as i know, judiciary is far away from corruption than an IAS officers and politicians, rather judiciary is somehow corrupted but not to the extent you think, and i concentrate the power judiciary derive from constitution than other heads of govt. Corruption is generated from people itself ( from people hunger for money). I want to tell you that every person or department of govt. Working according to law is only due to judiciary.
