I live in the mountains and listening to this at night while it’s thundering is a combination I’m not use too and I like it..I usually listen to relaxation or meditation sounds and prayers

@@ambientmethod This reminded me a lot of the ghoul infested medieval graveyards of Konami's CASTLEVANIA, back when they were good games. Any chance you could do a similar walk through such a dangerous graveyard, echoing Simon Belmont's trek through hell to find Dracula once and for all?

As a creepypasta (spooky story) narrator, I approve of this video. I use videos like this as video backdrops rather than still images in my videos. If I use this, which I probably will, I will give you all credit and a link-back. I do this as standard anyways. Btw, if you want any ideas for more spooky videos, one I would really like to see and find difficult to find (especially with at least a small amount of animation), is a werewolf/dogman ambient video. Btw, you've earnt yourself a new sub

This is a piece of art ❤. I often go for a walk through the forest. And sometimes, from out of nowhere, I feel watched. And not only watched. I feel, like something is not happy that I am there. And I can't explain, but I love AND fear this feeling.

I am a Snake therian + a few other therian types, and i sleep to this stuff regular as it feels like my old life and brings me joy. It's also sad because now im no longer that and can't be able to slither and hide. Also, i can't clime and explore aswel as watch nature and eat.
I hope in my next life i can be a snake once again or any my other therians types. For this wondering, I was a balled Python

It is so wonderfully peaceful in the forest at night. The noises you hear are not very threatening! I sleep in the forest quite often. I love it, there is no better place to spend the night than in the wild in the forest 🌲🌲🏕️🌳🌲🌳🌳🌲

I like putting these kinds of videos on in the background when going to sleep. I either feel relaxed enough to settle in and fall asleep or the ambience gets my mind filled with the heebie jeebies and off I go on a spooky adventure in my head xD

Hi Zaid Zilla! thanks! I'm so glad you like it. I actually made the loop and all of its layers: forest crickets at night was recorded in my back yard, and frogs at night recorded at a nearby pond in the summer. And the creepy ghostly sounds are layers of whispers with reverb and other effects on them. and the distant moaning I think I got from a sfx library. but yeah, I mixed all the layers into the ambience loop for the video. And yes! if you'd be willing to include a credit, I'd be happy to let you use the loop for a DnD forest walkthrough backdrop! How can I send it to you? It will also be available soon for purchase on itunes and bandcamp, as a single track or a part of an album of various fantasy ambience for DnD and stuff like that.

any tips on how to achieve this color and haze effect? what time of day is best to record?
This is actually a 3D animation rendering. the haze was digitally added in the scene and the coloring I achieved through post processing just by tweaking the color tint of the video.
Why is the volume so low. I have it turned up all the was and can barely hear it. This is on an I phone 12

I'd have to agree the ads are a little too frequent to be able to listen to this ambience without being jumpscared by an ad every 5 minutes but otherwise this is a nice spooky ambience

ah, bummer. thanks for pointing that out. TH-cam automatically places ads all throughout the video unless I revise the settings. I've revised so now there are only ads at the beginning and end.
If you load up a TH-cam vid, move the video to the end, watch the ad then move back to the beginning and rewatch normally you won’t get an ad. That’s if your on a phone and can’t have an Adblock. Doesn’t always work but does most times.
