- Hey Guys, welcome back to the channel todays clean was just a run-of-the-mill clean. Until I turned up! Luckily id brought my camera as WOW what a transformation. The main body of the patio was laid in 2008 but the lower section was much older and there when the customer bought the house 5 year previously.

This seems to be a good looking yard. The paving, I can tell has damaged pointing and you said many years lack of cleaning. This means we are in for a treat as you reverse the damage. Glad you filmed, this was an unexpected lesson in newer stone and old stone, the differences in how they behave, conditions of pointing, etc. Very glad the White Lichen couldn't stick. 14:11, the cleaned newer stone is certainly setting-off the home and yard. 14:21, your work on the older stone is showing and it looks a whole lot better. So nice the renewal did so well.

I cannot believe that a company would charge 500. I was thinking closer to 250. To 300. Companies have to go out and look at the job and give you quotes for a job. And not over the phone. Great job, by the way. The patio and stairs looks super.❤
I actually quote remotely for most job as we charge per square meter and measure this via Google earth. My total cost for this patio was £200

Hi Ryan I would say you were about right on pricing,I would have gone in between £250 and £300 for a job that size.
Did one over the weekend with the same area roughly without hypo as the customer didn’t want it and came in at £230 but nice job fella.

Yes mate machine stays at full pressure all the time, I turn the flow down via an attachment on my xjet for when using my xjet
Aqui no Brasil...a gente primeiro joga água em toda a área que será lavada. Em seguida...comecamos a jogar a química em uma pequena área... e joga-se a química...esfregando com o escovão. Lava-se...e faz o mesmo processo até acabar todo o quintal. Depois de tudo limpo...a gente volta no início ...joga mais química ...aguarda uns 10 minutos até ela agir e esfrega novamente. Isso traz um resultado maravilhoso na limpeza e aconomiza muita água.

I don't know about pricing specially since I'm in the US and prices are probably very different from the UK. 3 things I know is, #1 power washing anything while barefoot is a bad idea #2 using your foot as a weight to prevent the mat from moving and flying into the road while you're washing it is a worse idea #3 leaning down because mat was still moving while holding the hose was the worst idea possible tho, and I ended up power washing part of my foot

Oh god I hope you are okay, I caught the tip of my finger once and it took the skin clean off let alone a foot, bet it was super painful!
I would say about £200-£250.. It looked like it would of been an easy job to clean to be fair. £500 quid if you live down south maybe ha. Where are you from & what's your min charge if you don't mind me asking?
I am Essex but I charged £200 based on sqm! My minimum is £160 and covers up to 40sqm 😊
Hi nice job i charge £3 per aquare metre for sandstone that includes chemical and £3.50 per metre for block paving plus price of the sand and hav a minimum price of £120 up in scotland nice job think £500 is a bit over the top 👍👍

I actually only charge £200 for this job and took me around 2 hours from start to finish but £300 would have been a sensible amount for sure
@@KirbsideCleaningyou did a great job… I’ve just set my own business up in Scotland and trying to understand the pricing structure and it definitely varies that’s for sure, I hear people have a minimum charge of around £120.. from my understanding a simple two car driveway is £200.. a well established fella up here told me to remember your value (self worth)… great video as always looking forward to the next one!!!

I am North London and charge £4 psm for pressure washing plus 50p psm for chemical and another 50 psm for resanding.
For that job I would've charged £4.50 psm. What was the square meterage?
Roughly 50sqm I charge £4 inc chem so not massively different from you

Well, since 500 pounds is the same as 631.90 United States Dollar I guess that would be about the right price for the US prices I’m assuming so if someone said that they would charge me about that much for that amount of cleaning for for how bad it was I would say yes. So how much did you charge?
We charged £200 but £300 would have been a more reasonable amount for sure!
The US prices are a bit higher than in the Uk

I'm new to this so my price reflects my newness. I charge lower to gain experience. So I would have priced that at £280.00.

Absolutely no idea what it costs, I've seen some people commenting £250-£300 which in my opinion, is very reasonable....TBH I thought it would be roughly £400-£500 which in all honesty is fair enough, if you need to have help in or around your home then pay people properly (or do it yourself!!) and make sure you have a cuppa and some biccies too!
