This is so beautiful, could you show how you would attach it to a purse? Or maybe how to level the pattern to make it easier to attach it to your desired project
Did anyone else have this problem where the strap is leaning towards the right? So after a few rows it looks like a rhombus instead of a square? I've watched the video a dozen times at 0.25 speed and I can't for the life of me figure out why it isn't straight.
That is the nature of this stitch. Most Tunisian rows, you don't pull through the first two loops right away on the backwards pass, you pull through one, and then go 2 by 2 the rest of the row. I hope that makes sense. So by pulling through two loops right at the start, it's building the strap on an angle.

I tried this pattern and added to 10 loops and its even more slanted
