How did you even find this pretty trail? The lookout at the end is stunning and seemingly worth the slog back up the hill! Also, hard agree - that tree does look like a Dune sand worm is about to spring from it. Lovely footage, really like the detail on the closeup of the plants and insects. That Pentax sure is sharp.
These days i just look at the Alltrails map of an area and just pick random tracks i haven’t seen covered. This is risky as last week i did a fire trail that led to no where! 8kms of it 😅 still was out in nature and got exercise though
