Polyvinyl acetate. It's those white glue that turns clear after it has dried. Sometimes also called wood glue, white glue, or elmer's glue. It's also commonly used for school craft. PVA glue brand that I know of is mod podge and fox. Hope this helps :)

You could easily make and sell these at school (shady business deals, xD) I'd charge for them and make them for others, thats for sure. If I still went to school.
I put lot of glue & made sure I get all the nooks and cranny,so the notepad actually holds up really well & no loose pages.I chose to glue the jagged part because it'd be covered up and won't be noticeable,while if I glue the straight part,the bottom part will be jagged and won't look as neat (I guess it's better to cut both sides really neatly lol).

Definitely can do the clamp with clips thing,but I thought it'd leave clips indentation on the paper if it's too tight,so I just press it firmly with my fingers & put heavy things afterward so it stays together neatly :) Thank you for watching

It would be better to glue the straight sides, to be sure that you don't miss any pages, using the binder lips again while glueing would be helpful too. If you clamp together the sides tightly enough (with clips or between two boards or books etc)
