Every year our combine does an Auction at newipigeon.com offering good birds from some good fanciers, please check them out next month, probably atoun january 6th through January 13th, as “Piedmont Combine”

I was curious to what brand of feed was bad in FL i have some birds down there myself I’ve never used versle laga, been using vanrobeys for some time now very nice quality feed. Thanks for the info, good luck breeding this season 👍🏼

My friend told me that they used Verse-laga..that’s why he call me to see how’s my birds was doing.

Yup, your friend is right. The Florida Pigeon Derby OLR loft had an issue with sick birds and the vets determined that the feed was moldy, which caused the birds to go off kilter in their training and loft flying time (they didn't want to fly for very long). Don't know what feed they use, however, I'll take it as Versele Laga, since you said it was.. I've heard of there being a few problems with the Versele Laga brand every now and then, so it's not one of my favorites to say the least.. I've heard instances of there being grain moth larvae in the bags when opened up as well as moldy grain.. Not good!

Yeah, my friend told me that they using versele-laga, but probably using same grain as lizzy Maze so I don’t know!…but I’ll see how my birds respond to another 3 days of medication or just giving them the yellow drops.

Loft used to be a barn for horses, so i just made it loft.
