Characters u ranked low, either weren’t upgraded enough or weren’t given good enough trinkets, you could give them the best trinkets 4 them and see how they did, also you didn’t account that’s one towers buff other towers or do other things, warrior pb is good because she makes allies cheaper, she also makes allies able to get placed twice, and also Marcelino buffs other towers, so her raw dps is underwhelming, but she’s probably one of the best support towers, so you should have ranked towers on that
All those Tier ranking would change depending on items and levels. Also, be aware that this video shows the characters fighting almost alone for explanation, but in the actual game you must have several of them in board at round 60. I feel like some characters lost ranks because of non-regular things. Like, C4 being Bad in early game is true, but it's not like you need to use him in early game. Another one is Ice King freezing and therefore having anti-sinergy. Well, you can just deal with that by using main characters that pop Frozen bloons. Those are some examples of characters that I think shouldn't lose points for problems that are easily solvable.

Ice King is good at like path that are around him (with the ice bolts and hail storm but without them it still does a OK job) and with the winter weather if it makes the bloons in a group you need some aoe stuff like bombs,but if against moabs u need some other towers that is good with Ice King or stuff that do massive damage to moabs (this is only my opinion, so u can correct me)
Ice King is s tier with demonic wishing eye also pb should be s tier here support crazy marclinenslow down bfbs and here transformation ability spreads moabs

Supermonkey deserves SSS tier. If you just get purple sun god, you can even deal fortified B.A.D bloons
finn is actually a decent moab dealer, the he can perform muti flying kick to a single moab with slightly buff and shred bloons regularly

FP helped me pop a bad and she did most damage and cleared out the remaining balloons so I would put her in S tier
You can also do that with high ranked characters and get better results

He can be used to make infinite cash with bmo by creating an infinite regrow farm it's also really good with sam plasma goggles stacking.
