How much did it cost I'm thinking it's a little over 300, and when launching with out the winch strap connected does the boat stay on the trailer or is it very slick?

It was a little more than 300 but we have a big trailer. Complete kit for ours was a little over 550 I believ
It stays on the trailer very well. I still would be scared in early late season when it's below freezing

Does the boat slide on and off easier than with carpet?

Dumb question. So do you use your same bunk ? Do these just sit on top of the old bunk ?

You can rip off your carpet and use your old bunk. Or you can buy new wood and put them on. If you look back you'll see the part 1 video where I put them on the bunks.

Can you make them gator. Lights work with blinkers/emergency lights?
