    Great Lesson Sir : Rodger McGuinn is one of the Greats in my humble opinion, he was Unique as a player and his Influence is everywhere, from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers to The Coral ..👍🏻❤️

    I know it was five years ago that you posted this, but many thanks, Gary. This is just great. I know I'll never (never say never!) do it with the finger picks, but the alternate picking sounds great. I just tabbed it out and will practice downstrokes slowly and build up to that.
    I've loved this song for years and have always dreamed of playing it. Thanks for taking the time to help with that!

    I just saw this today and thank you. I just sold my 360/12 to buy a 660/12 ( which I'm still waiting for ) because I don't have the control on the narrow neck and I have to cheat. Thanks for making it simple for me..

      @@howardanderson3061 A janglebox into a Deluxe Reverb. Another big factor is Flatwound Strings. Thats it.

    I've always dearly LOVED the Rickenbacker 330/12 or 360/12. 36 years ago I had to sell my 4001 bass. What amp are you using to complete that nice Rick chime?

    Gary, thank man. Is that tuned to E? I tune my acoustic down to aD to cut down on the strain on the neck. Rick is probably a stronger neck than my Epi though.
