@@macsmith6216 Haha - Let’s just say in my previous life I spend double digit years as a senior property and casualty underwriter for a large financial services company in the LA area and dealt with everything property (among other things) from a risk management point of view, and reviewed enough claims that their files stacked on top of each other could reach halfway up the Sears Tower - or whatever it’s called now. Water finding its way in between a slab foundation and the flooring, or a non-slab foundation but door thresholds and floor to ceiling windows, is a common water damage loss/claim. Water damage is a huge deal. It rattles the psyche of policyholders, even traumatizes them. Especially when they realize there isn’t coverage for it unless they have a flood policy from the specialty market/government. Skylights are also infamous for water leaks into a structure too but from above not the ground level or deck level.
This small house would be the type of home where budgeting and money would not be a problem. This home has too much customization, which adds to the cost of building. A contractor's dream and a homeowner's nightmare. 👷♀️
There are too many windows. These custom windows add thousands of dollars to the building cost of this home. I would place the majority of my windows in the front and sparingly place the windows around the house. I would bring natural lighting in the house through the ceiling, sparingly. I would add automated blinds set to open during the day and close at night. Keep the custom furnishings to a minimum. Add hardwood floors throughout the house, except the bathrooms. Add showers in bathrooms with tile floors. I would keep the outdoor space simple, but nice. I would use the "M" word and truly mean it.
I’ve noticed in my neighborhood that several houses including my home always have the curtains or blinds open except for the bedroom , I just don’t think about people seeing me , anyone who has moved here from suburban areas have their curtains or blinds shut 24/7. We live on a golf course.
Good to know I'm going to try out the late-night slots. There's a night owl bonus for playing after midnight

Nice video
Идеально.
Не все практично, при этом очень приятно.
Can the ceiling to floor windows handle a lot of rain/snow that won’t fund its way into the house from the floor up?
Of course they can what century are you living in?

Bro, my sister told me about 4RA She said it's great for IPL betting.
4ra with Aaron Finch onboard means serious business his presence spells quality and trust
Haan yaar, my boyfriend recommended 4ra too He won big on IPL lottery.
Ideas geniales!! ☺
This is not a house, this is a greenhouse. To my opinion: too many and too big windows.
Some people like the light 😊

And I like it cave-like. Especially in the winter. 🙂
