Great video KGM. Loved it. Mine is my favorite as well. I couldn’t help myself and threw a nib Novarossi in it right after I bought it. Remember I gave you a heads up on the optional aluminum shoes and heavier springs? One night when you’re bored with nothing to do, check those stock shoes. Mine were smoked unbelievably fast. That was with some pretty easy running too. Keep enjoying that car. I sure enjoy mine.
@@kgm5512 I just wanted to share with you what I found with the stock shoes when I took off the clutch bell to put on the aluminum shoes and different springs is all.
Just subscribe, wish I was able to help you on your first video when working on the serpent to speed tranny, I used to run serpents and kyosho's in New York now I live in Texas your two speed right now is engaging too fast you need to loosen it up a little adjust the set screws with the springs then you might get at least two seconds to three on a straight run when it changes to the second gear try it out You're here it when it changes Best of luck Hope to get to talk to you on your next live stream. @@kgm5512 I know you might know this, Serpent makes great kits and there known in the racing circuit but lately they been falling behind in the getting parts department and customer service, you might have to rely on forums and people that are running that particular on-road kit you have, but like I said much luck and hope the clutch situation works out and i'm going to continue watching your videos; have a blessed one and keep making great informative video. 🙂

Great sped run updates bro!! I think you can get 50+ mph out of it the future. Sounds like a later 2-speed shift can help pick up the RPM a tad too.

That 44mph was in second gear.
