I've allways wondered why people enjoyed this game, i pirated it (didn't wanna throw money in the trash) and ended buying it the day after. It's so fucking addictive and i still don't know why.

I pirated it and after the first few short journeys in the beginning, I went straight to steam and bought it

You know that you don't need to pirate it? If you haven't played more than 2 hours I think, then you can refund the game.

been trying to use my shifter for two hours now, ETS2 doesn't even recognise it, i have the LGS installed and up to date. iv'e gone through the setup wizard with old and new profiles but the shifter is still not recognised in ETS2. i don't have any other driving games that i could play just to see if my shifter is working. the LGS shows the shifter as being connected. please i need help. ive been looking online for ages and can't find a solution.

one and a half turn is the the max you can turn? only for this game or is it because of the wheel?
My rotation is on 780 tho for some reason it doesn't fully synch with the wheel animation. (Logitech g29). Looking at this footage your wheel looks like its more in synch. Is there a setting or something i need to tune?

There's something that looks quite appealing about this, which surprises me a bit. I like race sims and I like GTA and such. But this is a whole other cup of tea. Are you driving on real roads and locations from real life that have been recreated?
I just got a G29 but Euro Truck Simulator 2 about 20-30 seconds the mouse keeps on going down the screen so I put my foot on the accelerator a bit then it stopped moving down the screen but now its hard to configure the controls
I have a g29 and windows 10 but when playing UTS2 the acceleration pedal is always fully on regardless of it being inverted or normal etc. Some solutions have mentions something about "report combined pedals" however i can not find this in the logitech gaming software or if i go via devices and printers... can anyone help? would be appreciated.

Hey, i got this wheel this christmas and the way your wheel turns. There is like no pullback on it. I was wondering if you could tell me how you do that if there is like a plugin you're using. When i play the game my wheel like pulls back to forward. And i turn the wheel 90 Degrees and in the game it turns like 720 degrees. Can you please reply to me. You would make my day. Martin #YaaBoyyy just play with the settings in the game and in the lochitec gamming software kid! No plugins requierd you just need to set it up proparly

May i ask which wheel will u recommend for a first time wheel buyer? The thrustmaster t150 or the logitech g29?
g29 isn't really an entry wheel so t150 its a quarter of the price but not as good.
Hi I just got my G29 and when playing ETS2 and Project Cars I find the wheel to be quite stiff to the point where I can't turn it with one hand. Is there any why to change how stiff the wheel is ?

Hey I can't seem to get my shifter to work with this game it's only giving me 1st and 2nd gear and I've downloaded logitec software and changed the in game settings to h shifter and all that what's wrong that it's not working like yours... I only got this set last week??? Any help please

Please tell me how you configured the g29 for ETS2. My mouse starts to act funny (going down everytime)
+Soren Madsen You've set ETS2 to use the wheel to control the mouse, boot into safe mode and it should give you the option to make the choice again (you click Ignore rather than "Use as Mouse"). Just had the same issue.
how do you get the wheel in the game to swing the same as G29?
I have the same steering wheel, but when I swing it so the wheel of the game swung full around
