I would do the pink buttons as the others will be lost. Save the vintage for something in a darker color where there will be more contrast. I love that cardigan pattern and am soon to knit it again.
If I never saw the authentic vintage buttons, I'd think the coral colored ones were perfect for your gorgeous sweater, but once you showed those, I knew they were indeed perfect for it!
I like the pink ones, and agree with CADesigns1212; the vintage ones will be lost and the pink ones will pop and bring the whole sweater together. The vintage ones are incredibly beautiful, but I think would disappear in the sweater and would go better with a solid dark color, like a lacy black sweater.
Your "tiger stripe" yarn has the same colors as the curtains behind you. I sense a fondness for combining peach and french blue here. ;) I have my grandma's antique Singer sewing machine, which sits in its own cabinet. One of the cabinet's tiny drawers is stuffed with vintage buttons. I went through a phase on eBay (which stopped only when I told myself to stop going on eBay)... These buttons are seeking the "perfect" project.
Oh those vintage buttons are divine. It’s already such a whimsical, playful colorway. I think the sophisticated buttons are a beautiful balance.
Sparkly vintage. Will look super especially around the holidays
Actual vintage are gorgeous!

Those socks are gorgeous, I hope you get them done soon so you can wear them. The authentic silvery buttons would be great!
