Sir I am employed in a Sami govt institute where govt leave rules are being followed. I was on probation and not completed 1 year, mean while accidentally I got Bach bone injury and Dr . Suggested three months bed rest, I applied for medical leave n granted 3 weeks leave. Two weeks medical n 1 week Privileged leave. Sir kindly guide me how remaining period of 2 months and I week will be covered??? Without pay???
1. Leave is always applied and granted in days i.e. in your case 14 days and 7 days. 2. Leave with full pay on medical grounds can be granted without medical certificate upto 120 days, with medical certificate upto 180 days and for 365 days with medical certificate (once in total length of service) 3. Apke case mein LEAVE NOT DUE di ja skti hai, Rule 11 of the Revised Leave Rules, 1981.
Sir. I want to clarify my ambiguity about station leave. 1. is station leave for every employee of education department? 2.From whom a teacher will get station leave? From principal or DEO?
Yes for every government employee. Whosoever sanctions the leave could be approached for station leave. If it's casual leave, then the immediate boss. If earned or other kinds of leave then the concerned competent authority.
Please see “FAMILY” definition in the Medical Attendance Rules, 1959. Family” means wife/husband, legitimate sons and daughters and step- children of a Government servant, residing with and wholly dependent upon him;
