What is the difference between a workspace and a teamspace? Thank you

Seems to be little difference. Today I invited my wife to a TeamSpace, and thus it added her to my Workspace too, AND turned on the fact that I am using 700/1000 blocks before I need to UPGRADE.
So I removed her, and the teamspace, and now how many blocks I'm using are not visible (I'm back to unlimited) for now, seems the best way to collaborate is to invite her to each Page I author.

Notion used to be great for collaborating on homework and notes for university but it's slowly turning into another corporate organization tool where everything is locked behind a paywall. What happened to being a Note taking app? Guess companies pay more. I'll try Microsoft Loop.
