Yes, they are brothers. The younger brother is now playing and singing with Jeff Tolbert and Primitive Road. I noticed that Jeff Tolbert is playing the doghouse bass for them at this particular singing also. You might already be familiar with Jeff Tolbert and Primitive Road but if you are not, check them out on TH-cam also and you will be blessed.
