What do you mean Austrian? Don't get me wrong, but it was written by a Hungarian for a Hungarian regiment named after a Hungarian Baron, it can hardly get more Hungarian than that. At least put "Austro-Hungarian" in the title.
Yes, but in Austria-Hungary, Austria was as Cisleithania ( in german Cisleithanien) the stronger part of the Country and Hungary as Translaithania ( in german Translaithanien) was the weaker part. For example Empereror Franz Joseph I, was Emperor of Austria and King of Hungary. For a better understanding, the Titel of an Emperor is higher than the Titel of a King and also the fact that Vienna ( Wien) was the Capital and not Budapest, Shows on my mind that Austria was much stronger than Hungary. Also German was the official Language of the Country and the Reichsrat ever spoke in german.
@@nm2000 so many mistakes in your argument it's hard to know where I should get started. The title of the monarch has nothing to do with the strength of each country, Austria was an empire, so the head of state was an emperor. Hungary was a kingdom, so the head of state was the king. And Austria-Hungary had two capitals, both Vienna and Budapest were capitals at the same time. There were several official languages of the empire, including hungarian. All of these are very well known facts one google search away from you.
@@nm2000 You clearly don't under how Austria-Hungary worked. There was a Empire of Austria and the A.K. of Hungary wich were separate from each other almost completly the only thing common was the king/emperor and 3 common minsiteries (finace, war and exterior).Othere wise they were saparate you could been a hungarian or Austrian citizen never both and there were three passports in use. Capital was saperate for both nations and the Reichsrat only governed Cisleithania and hungary was governed by the Országház. Even the official name suggests this (The Kingdoms and Lands Represented in the Imperial Council and the Lands of the Holy Hungarian Crown of St. Stephen)
Géza Fejérváry (15 March 1833 - 25 April 1914) Born in Josephstadt/Josefov Died in Vienna He bravely fought for the monarchy as a whole in the military. Later he was appointed as the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Hungary. I would consider him a loyal hungarian serving the habsburg empire.
Can anyone help me? I am trying to find a song posted on Dr Ludwig's channel. I think it was about a haus in the forest, and how beautiful this haus was
If anybody’s wondering, Baron Géza Fejérváry was a Hungarian general who served as the prime minister of the Kingdom of Hungary from 1905 to 1906. ;)
As far as I know he was a minister of defence not a prime minister.
@@whothoughtthiswasagoodidea He was also prime minister: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_prime_ministers_of_Hungary
MCDLXXXVIII He was the prime minister during the Hungarian Constitutional crisis mate
@@p.b.5107 I stand corrected.
MCDLXXXVIII How exactly?

@@snippsnapp123 This.
But regaedless of the powerstructure, calling the Fejérvári induló an Austrian march is misleading.

Since when the letters “é” and “á” in the german alphabet to you if this is austrian as you say?
it was written by johann müller for a hungarian politician like most composers, he too was from austria
this sounds much Hungarian
This is a hungarian march😂
Was it not composed by Johann Müller? You can correct me ofc.
