I watched pron, was depressed, thought i had no reason to live, felt alone, etc. But one night 2020-2021 i legitimately cried out to the Lord, got on my knees and prayed like i never have before. As far as i remember, my life changed from that night forward, my guilt was gone and my desires to sin were no more, I was filled with peace and joy from the Holy Spirit, i felt confident with myself, and the heaviness on my head and shoulders was no more. I felt the desire to pray, read Gods word, and attend church. Whenever i went outside i didnt see the gloomy grey world we live in, i saw the beauty of Gods work. Unfortunately i fell back into pron a year later and continued to turn my back towards the Spirit for awhile. Since the start of 2024 i have been trying to build my relationship with the Lord back up and i pray/study his word every morning & night. Ik this walk back wont b easy but ik God is with me and here to guide me.

@@youthful6098 it's a common enemy iswearrr. Especially after fasting the spiritual warfare intensifies and many falls during including myself. I recently learned that it can be due to generational curses or bloodline iniquities hence the sleep paralysis or spirit spouse. If ur finding it hard to quit even after fasting do look into it deeper.

Pray and fast to break the stronghold. Begin to turn your mind away from the subject, better yet, when this happens, go and pray and read a few chapters to get your mind on the Word. My prayers to God were literally long conversations that would be on the topic in these strong urges. It got to the point I began to become disgusted with the habit where 4 weeks sober became a couple months to now 2 years free. It took 8 years, but it paid off. I had this habit for 22 years total. Don’t be surprised later once you break the habit, the dreams will come, but the Holy Spirit will give you the strength to endure and encourage you to keep going.
This is my exact story. I was to do it every now and then and the wave of guilt that flooded over me was so immense, that I didn't feel worthy enough to pray to God and didn't even speak to Him because of what I did. That 10 second pleasure wasn't worth the hours/days of guilt and spiritual conviction.
It’s often in our lowest moments and time of guilt towards God that God wants us to get even closer. When you’ve done something horrible or sinful, pray, acknowledge and be honest about it to the Father, show that you truly have a repentant heart because God has more forgiveness than you have sin. Remember that.
what helps me as well with this addiction is what albert einstein said “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” i just said ok i’m done with this addiction, but the urges never go away, but you must stay disciplined. instead of focusing so much on “oh i’m not gna watch it tonight” or “oh i gotta stop watching this nasty stuff” have your eyes on God, the more you have your eyes above, you won’t be looking down or anywhere else that might distract you from keeping your eyes on God. i pray everyone here that has an addiction like this one is set free, it won’t be easy, but it’ll be so dang worth it when the addiction urges finally fade away and you realize you have freedom through Jesus. i love your videos man, they really motivate me and inspire me to grow my relationship with God🙏🏾
Amen. Spend time in God's word and pray. Find an accountability partner if needed. It will be tough but will be worth it. All addictions are difficult to escape, but Christ gives us the freedom to escape it.

I'm not addicted, thank the Lord, but I'm still struggling. Thank God He's changing me! He led me to write a book on my testimony, though I'm not fully out of it yet. I didn't understand it at the time, but it helped me and others!
I was dealing with a lot of guilt and shame today. So much so that I literally looked up testimonies of people who have been set free from pornography by the Lord. Seeing this testimony and all the other people who have either overcame or are still fighting gives me so much hope that I’ve been lacking. I’ve been in a cycle of doing well and going back to porn for almost my entire life, since I was about 11. Thanks Jo,I'll be honest I'm at the every now and then phase and it's a struggle but this video is helpful,this,my family's words and another section of a sermon by a powerful man called Apostle Joshua Selman(You should try some of his sermons they're amazing) remind and confirm that I still haven't truly surrendered everything and submitted to God,it's a daily battle for me but I have great counsellors like in prov 15:22 & prov 20:18 it mentions counsel,progress is being made,and the holy spirit reminded me the other day of how far we've come in the space of a year and everytime I'd mess up he reminds me of Proverbs 24:16 - "For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again,but the wicked shall fall by calamity" ,he reminds me of this whenever the guilt comes as the devil will whisper thoughts into my head whenever I fell but Jesus is greater. This was an absolute blessing. I've been struggling with this lust for over half my life now. Lately there are times when i can go a day to a week without it, but when ive gone back, it wasn't really gradual. It was more of crashing right back into it's depths. But I want to seek God and live for Him. To entrust my life, surrendered to His ways. You are absolutely right. It has to be replaced. And also me constantly testing myself how long I can go without it, is me not relying on God, but on my own power to restrain and quit. And we all need God in life, and He is our strength. Satan may be physically stronger than you, and he might try and attack you, but your ally is Jesus, and Jesus will help you. I have fallen into sin many times. Ik I’m a girl but I was once was addicted too. The thing that helped me the most was too create boundaries. Unfollow people and block all provocative photos/ videos that will tempt you. Also put sage search on google or safari so you wont be able to watch porn. Ik it seems extreme but if you lean on God, and fight He will help you through it!!

I heard from a devotional that a outcome of sin is feeling guilt. And its so sad when we feel that after we have sinned that God dosent love us anymore, when he still does. Because when we were enemies of God (not in christ), we were unloveable but he still loved us just like he loves us now. The enemy is an accuser and tells us that we are unworthy and that God can never love somone like me and make us feel discouraged and hopeless but the truth is God is love. And he is the same today, yesterday, and forever. So whe you feel discouraged, hopeless, and hating on yourself just know that that is the enemy because the holy spirit GIVES, but the enemy takes. This was so good to hear. God can do all things but fail! We fight bnot for victory but FROM victory! Hallelujah! Thank you jesus! ❤
I reflected, And I knew what the nasty stuff is when I was in Grade 1-2 too. Basically I was playing a similar game of GTA san andreas (Urban Crime) In the beginning I was too innocent and didn’t know what it meant. As I grew older with the game, I’ve gotten curious too. So I search it up from curiosity and boom. During Grade 1 to 5 it was on and off. But when Grade 6 started, My temptations grew. but somewhere around grade 6 break, I discovered more about God. And I came closer to him, making a prayer/bible section on my notes and sharing the gospel. What I felt is like my heart between multiple guarded castles surrounding it, whenever I got tempted, The temptation wouldn’t budge. But as time comes I drifted away from God and the defense was broken. My story ends here because this was recent. Brothers and Sisters, Please pray for me and for all of us for God to help us during tempted times.

This fr made me cry. I discovered porn at around 8 years old because one of my friends at the time would always talk about something sexual so out of curiosity I went home that night and Googled things. One thing led to another and soon I would be coming back to it from time to time. Because I was still young my mind wasnt really that consumed by it yet. I remember the summer of the year I turned 13 it came back to me. For the next year and a half it was a constant cycle of watching it every day before I went to bed and sometimes even multiple times per day. In april of 2023 my family started going to church but I wasnt really all that tuned in at all. I was physically there but not mentally present at all. As time went on I started to get better but still lukewarm. It wasnt until January of 2024 when one night I felt God there with me. Its hard to explain because I didnt really hear his voice but after a while I knew that thought was from God because of where it took me. God gave me the idea to delete all my old TikTok videos and start fresh. He gave me the idea to start preaching and spreading the Gospel on there. At that time I was growing as a Christian and eventually realized porn was wrong but would still fall into lust sometimes. I would always feel so much guilt after I did it and I felt like there was no way out until one day it all changed. I was tempted, but didnt give in. I was tempted 2 other times the same day but didnt give in. The next day I was tempted and didnt give in, and then it kept going on and on and on. I fell into sinning by masturbation again but not porn, but still a sin. Since then ive been clean and not experienced much lustful thoughts or the thought of watching porn again and even when I got them I was able to easily brush them off my shoulder. I felt like I havent really been experiencing God's presence recently but this video reassured me that He's always there listening. I broke out into tears this made my day. All glory to Jesus Christ who can really change your heart. All you have to do is seek Him. Amen🙏🙏

Great testimony man! My struggle with p*rn is very similar to yours. But I had let it run rampant for a period. And I would let it go without repentence sometimes, I had conviction and shame. But, like you, I would feel to guilty to go to God. I finally said enough is enough and cried out to God to help me with this. Since doing this I have seen a new way of thinking and replacing that time by filling it in scripture and I feel all the more fullfilled. And I know its only the beginnng. God Bless you!
That’s very beautiful. What you said is pretty true even for people who aren’t religious. When you have too much free time you’ll just start looking for quick dopamine hits, and as a result you could start a bad habit of always doing that one thing that’ll give you a quick rush.

I used to watch it every day even when i was in a happy relationship with a girl who loved me. I was starting to feel sick of myself not wanting to be like this then i literally felt the Holy Spirit slapping me across the face to wake up, God woke me up took away my girlfriend our 2 years long relationship ended just like that (i learned she also cheated but i deserved it). Months later i picked up my bible,started praying every day and now im 4 months free from this madness that i used to watch. God saved me from the darkness and im so happy for it i got my driving license,got in the best shape of my life,life is feeling finally good. I know ive lost the girl that was my world but its was for a purpose God did it so i can come to him and become the man i am today,God is good never give up. I was struggling with porn and lust addiction too. I thought Pornography and sin was harmless fun, but it got to the point where I took a very dark route. It went from porn, to strip clubs and eventually seeing escorts and my family found out about it and were heart broken 💔 I knew the porn was holding me back and tried everything I can to overcome it, then I surrendered to Jesus and he helped me. I view the images and it has NO effect on me whatsoever. I couldnt believe just how real Jesus was ❤
my bf is addicted to p0rn. weve been together for over a year and 6 months. i first discovered it 3 months into the rs and he continues to use it. before we got together we talked on the topic and agreed it was harmful to a relationship and as individuals. there has been so many lies, hurtful things said, comparisons etc. i believe he is trying to do better with counseling and trying to grow his connection with God. but im fearful he is just lying about sobriety (he recently came clean about lying about sobriety and watching stuff). my main issues are the lying and comparisons. i feel so inadequate compared to his search results, the people he checks out in front of me and who hes compared me to. i understand addiction because i have my own issues but i need help understanding this addiction. because honestly it feels like hed prefer them over me (hes said before he preferred porn over us being intimate) and it truly hurts my heart. im going to counseling as well but i feel so lost. over a year of betrayal and lies etc.
I noticed, many of us went through this type of similar thing, around the years of 8 years old! And often it happens at school! I remember when I was in elementaire school, 8 years old, we already got introduced to the flowers and the bees, and you know, what condoms are for etc etc, birth control etc! I remember the whole class felt uncomfortable, me too! I felt like this was unheard, like, just not ok! I thought at the years of 16 years old or 17.. That would have been more acceptable! Soo.. schools are very much to blame too! Because kids are easily influenced.. and I think it is our job to protect the future kids, to these type of things.. Luckily The Lord has mercy! He knows what is going on, kids cannot fend for themselves.. We had to go through it, but we can break the cycle! So that this will not happen to future generations! Let kids keep their innocense until a appropriate age. Because.. the door to sin.... is easily opened, but hard to shut down.. And kids are vulnerable at those ages.. we really need to protect that 💖 So if we can prevent future generations from sinning, to teach them, school them ourselves.. Than everything can be saved. We have to keep the Devil out of our Kingdom. And that is to speak up for us and others! Protect what we can 💖 Thank you for sharing your story! It's courageous!

Pray and fast to break the stronghold. Begin to turn your mind away from the subject, better yet, when this happens, go and pray and read a few chapters to get your mind on the Word. My prayers to God were literally long conversations that would be on the topic in these strong urges. It got to the point I began to become disgusted with the habit where 4 weeks sober became a couple months to now 2 years free. It took 8 years, but it paid off. I had this habit for 22 years total. Don’t be surprised later once you break the habit, the dreams will come, but the Holy Spirit will give you the strength to endure and encourage you to keep going.

This is my exact story. I was to do it every now and then and the wave of guilt that flooded over me was so immense, that I didn't feel worthy enough to pray to God and didn't even speak to Him because of what I did. That 10 second pleasure wasn't worth the hours/days of guilt and spiritual conviction.
It’s often in our lowest moments and time of guilt towards God that God wants us to get even closer. When you’ve done something horrible or sinful, pray, acknowledge and be honest about it to the Father, show that you truly have a repentant heart because God has more forgiveness than you have sin. Remember that.
what helps me as well with this addiction is what albert einstein said “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” i just said ok i’m done with this addiction, but the urges never go away, but you must stay disciplined. instead of focusing so much on “oh i’m not gna watch it tonight” or “oh i gotta stop watching this nasty stuff” have your eyes on God, the more you have your eyes above, you won’t be looking down or anywhere else that might distract you from keeping your eyes on God. i pray everyone here that has an addiction like this one is set free, it won’t be easy, but it’ll be so dang worth it when the addiction urges finally fade away and you realize you have freedom through Jesus. i love your videos man, they really motivate me and inspire me to grow my relationship with God🙏🏾

I'm not addicted, thank the Lord, but I'm still struggling. Thank God He's changing me! He led me to write a book on my testimony, though I'm not fully out of it yet. I didn't understand it at the time, but it helped me and others!
I was dealing with a lot of guilt and shame today. So much so that I literally looked up testimonies of people who have been set free from pornography by the Lord. Seeing this testimony and all the other people who have either overcame or are still fighting gives me so much hope that I’ve been lacking. I’ve been in a cycle of doing well and going back to porn for almost my entire life, since I was about 11. Thanks Jo,I'll be honest I'm at the every now and then phase and it's a struggle but this video is helpful,this,my family's words and another section of a sermon by a powerful man called Apostle Joshua Selman(You should try some of his sermons they're amazing) remind and confirm that I still haven't truly surrendered everything and submitted to God,it's a daily battle for me but I have great counsellors like in prov 15:22 & prov 20:18 it mentions counsel,progress is being made,and the holy spirit reminded me the other day of how far we've come in the space of a year and everytime I'd mess up he reminds me of Proverbs 24:16 - "For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again,but the wicked shall fall by calamity" ,he reminds me of this whenever the guilt comes as the devil will whisper thoughts into my head whenever I fell but Jesus is greater. This was an absolute blessing. I've been struggling with this lust for over half my life now. Lately there are times when i can go a day to a week without it, but when ive gone back, it wasn't really gradual. It was more of crashing right back into it's depths. Ik I’m a girl but I was once was addicted too. The thing that helped me the most was too create boundaries. Unfollow people and block all provocative photos/ videos that will tempt you. Also put sage search on google or safari so you wont be able to watch porn. Ik it seems extreme but if you lean on God, and fight He will help you through it!!

I heard from a devotional that a outcome of sin is feeling guilt. And its so sad when we feel that after we have sinned that God dosent love us anymore, when he still does. Because when we were enemies of God (not in christ), we were unloveable but he still loved us just like he loves us now. The enemy is an accuser and tells us that we are unworthy and that God can never love somone like me and make us feel discouraged and hopeless but the truth is God is love. And he is the same today, yesterday, and forever. So whe you feel discouraged, hopeless, and hating on yourself just know that that is the enemy because the holy spirit GIVES, but the enemy takes. I reflected, And I knew what the nasty stuff is when I was in Grade 1-2 too. Basically I was playing a similar game of GTA san andreas (Urban Crime) In the beginning I was too innocent and didn’t know what it meant. As I grew older with the game, I’ve gotten curious too. So I search it up from curiosity and boom. During Grade 1 to 5 it was on and off. But when Grade 6 started, My temptations grew. but somewhere around grade 6 break, I discovered more about God. And I came closer to him, making a prayer/bible section on my notes and sharing the gospel. What I felt is like my heart between multiple guarded castles surrounding it, whenever I got tempted, The temptation wouldn’t budge. But as time comes I drifted away from God and the defense was broken. My story ends here because this was recent. Brothers and Sisters, Please pray for me and for all of us for God to help us during tempted times.

This fr made me cry. I discovered porn at around 8 years old because one of my friends at the time would always talk about something sexual so out of curiosity I went home that night and Googled things. One thing led to another and soon I would be coming back to it from time to time. Because I was still young my mind wasnt really that consumed by it yet. I remember the summer of the year I turned 13 it came back to me. For the next year and a half it was a constant cycle of watching it every day before I went to bed and sometimes even multiple times per day. In april of 2023 my family started going to church but I wasnt really all that tuned in at all. I was physically there but not mentally present at all. As time went on I started to get better but still lukewarm. It wasnt until January of 2024 when one night I felt God there with me. Its hard to explain because I didnt really hear his voice but after a while I knew that thought was from God because of where it took me. God gave me the idea to delete all my old TikTok videos and start fresh. He gave me the idea to start preaching and spreading the Gospel on there. At that time I was growing as a Christian and eventually realized porn was wrong but would still fall into lust sometimes. I would always feel so much guilt after I did it and I felt like there was no way out until one day it all changed. I was tempted, but didnt give in. I was tempted 2 other times the same day but didnt give in. The next day I was tempted and didnt give in, and then it kept going on and on and on. I fell into sinning by masturbation again but not porn, but still a sin. Since then ive been clean and not experienced much lustful thoughts or the thought of watching porn again and even when I got them I was able to easily brush them off my shoulder. I felt like I havent really been experiencing God's presence recently but this video reassured me that He's always there listening. I broke out into tears this made my day. All glory to Jesus Christ who can really change your heart. All you have to do is seek Him. Amen🙏🙏

I used to watch it every day even when i was in a happy relationship with a girl who loved me. I was starting to feel sick of myself not wanting to be like this then i literally felt the Holy Spirit slapping me across the face to wake up, God woke me up took away my girlfriend our 2 years long relationship ended just like that (i learned she also cheated but i deserved it). Months later i picked up my bible,started praying every day and now im 4 months free from this madness that i used to watch. God saved me from the darkness and im so happy for it i got my driving license,got in the best shape of my life,life is feeling finally good. I know ive lost the girl that was my world but its was for a purpose God did it so i can come to him and become the man i am today,God is good never give up. I was struggling with porn and lust addiction too. I thought Pornography and sin was harmless fun, but it got to the point where I took a very dark route. It went from porn, to strip clubs and eventually seeing escorts and my family found out about it and were heart broken 💔 I knew the porn was holding me back and tried everything I can to overcome it, then I surrendered to Jesus and he helped me. I view the images and it has NO effect on me whatsoever. I couldnt believe just how real Jesus was ❤
my bf is addicted to p0rn. weve been together for over a year and 6 months. i first discovered it 3 months into the rs and he continues to use it. before we got together we talked on the topic and agreed it was harmful to a relationship and as individuals. there has been so many lies, hurtful things said, comparisons etc. i believe he is trying to do better with counseling and trying to grow his connection with God. but im fearful he is just lying about sobriety (he recently came clean about lying about sobriety and watching stuff).
my main issues are the lying and comparisons. i feel so inadequate compared to his search results, the people he checks out in front of me and who hes compared me to.
i understand addiction because i have my own issues but i need help understanding this addiction. because honestly it feels like hed prefer them over me (hes said before he preferred porn over us being intimate) and it truly hurts my heart.
im going to counseling as well but i feel so lost. over a year of betrayal and lies etc.
Honestly, if I were you, I would find someone that aligns with me and willing to be the best versions of themselves for me.
I noticed, many of us went through this type of similar thing, around the years of 8 years old!
And often it happens at school!
I remember when I was in elementaire school, 8 years old, we already got introduced to the flowers and the bees, and you know, what condoms are for etc etc, birth control etc!
I remember the whole class felt uncomfortable, me too!
I felt like this was unheard, like, just not ok!
I thought at the years of 16 years old or 17.. That would have been more acceptable!
Soo.. schools are very much to blame too!
Because kids are easily influenced.. and I think it is our job to protect the future kids, to these type of things.. Luckily The Lord has mercy! He knows what is going on, kids cannot fend for themselves..
We had to go through it, but we can break the cycle!
So that this will not happen to future generations!
Let kids keep their innocense until a appropriate age.
Because.. the door to sin.... is easily opened, but hard to shut down..
And kids are vulnerable at those ages.. we really need to protect that 💖
So if we can prevent future generations from sinning, to teach them, school them ourselves..
Than everything can be saved.
We have to keep the Devil out of our Kingdom. And that is to speak up for us and others!

Please pray for me I’m trying my best it’s like life just keeps getting harder everyday. I want a relationship with god but don’t know where to start. Isolating myself from everyone and losing the people close to me. I just feel that I’m supposed to be doing so much better. ❤

I appreciate making this video. Coming from a similar background to yours I know what it feels to be in the chains of bondage. To want to cry out in shame, regardless I thank the Lord that he transformed my life and that he continues to work on me day by day.
