As a resident of an existing M3M, I can say their construction quality is very poor. People get lured into their projects. Once flat is handed, you will realise the biggest mistake of your life. Affordable project vali luxury and pathetic construction. Beware of this fraud builder.

Kuch saal or beet jayenge to samajh aayega ki openness ki ehmiyat kya hoti hai..
Iklota project hai extension road ka which has a huge open area.

I have lived at Golfestate as a tenant and I thought it’s quite nice. Infact better than other societies and the construction quality is quite decent too. I have lived in other societies too and I think this one is one the best.
