I mean in the original version, hungary just randomly declared independence and declared war on everyone while magically being allied with the Triple Entente. But err Aye, with how austria hungary was being the stain glass window that it was and slav populated areas such as bohemia and serbs/croatians hating the thing, most likely yes.
