What a beautiful classy home. Tastefully done without too much extravagance. There should be a law against destroying such beauty all for someone’s greed. What a shame. Gorgeous staircase. Love the pattern on the railing of the little balcony. The size of the master closet was sick. Who could afford to fill it?! Can’t imagine having such a huge kitchen! Hope they cooked a lot. Basement quite roomy. I hate demolition and waste of precious resources. If someone doesn’t challenge these crazy developers it will soon be a world of only townhouses. Not much we can really do about it though. Thanks for the awesome tour. The footage of the outside of the house with snow on the trees was stunning!
This home certainly had some nice features to it but you are right, i can't ever imagine having enough clothes to fill the large walk in closet. Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks so much for the comment!!
@StaticSpaces I could fill the closet. I'm a shopaholic and love shoes, clothes, jewelry, and accessories. What a fun challenge. Anyone who can afford this house can afford to fill it. What shopping fun...thank you for the walk through...love it. Hugs from Arizona...:)

Yup, handy having the laundry room upstairs but surprisingly not all that common. Glad you enjoyed the video and photos Shannon and thank you very much for the comment!!
This was beautiful, James. I love the paint colors and drapes. It seems move in ready. My twin and I could live next door to each other in mirror image houses! Take care always

This place was actually really well built with nice details, i didn't really réalisé that initially. Tarrali eh, does that mean you are Italian? Glad you enjoyed it Marilyn and thanks a lot for commenting!!
Hi James Apparently you haven’t been back at this house. Ethan showed us how some stupid people went in there and vandalized this beautiful house. Those glass doors on both sides of the entrance way are broken and also the basement was flooded. All 3 of these beauties were all vandalized. It made me want to cry. 😢. Someone worked their ass off to get the money to buy these houses and some stupid idiots come along and ruin everything. Just 3 beautiful homes that people should be living in are going to be demolished. It’s a dirty shame that’s all I can say. Stay safe and well. Have a great rest of the week.😢
Oh yes, i know what they look like now unfortunately...i went back to refilm all three of them (with Ethan) for a new video to come later on. From what I had heard i expected them to be far worse than they were. Still awful to see such vandalism though, it's disgusting! Thank you so much for the comment Irene!!
What we're witnessing is the great global consolidation of wealth. It's almost impossible to imagine 'developers' with enough money to buy up these multi million dollar properties, demolish the mansions upon them and then build 'hi density' dwellings in their place, yet here we are...☹
I mean it could be but there are more factors at play here. In this area, we are running out of land but people still keep moving here so redevelopment has become the norm. I think the reason large homes are profitable to be replaced is because they often sit on larger parcels of land. Thank you very much for the comment!!
Beautiful find I could only imagine having a beautiful on-suite bathroom , like that and that jacuzzi tub is a dream and beautiful . Also that basement was sweet and fully finished. This place is amazing what a shame.

I love the jacuzzi tub. Some people just don’t realize the beauty that is around them! I understand the need for more housing, but to tear this beautiful house down is shameful.
5 BR/2 B house is a pretty decent size, no need for anything larger than that. I agree about the bland colours, i get really sick of all the beiges i see these days. And yup, i could benefit from that jacuzzi tub right now lol Glad you enjoyed the video and thank you very much for the comment KS!!

@@StaticSpaces what a shame
This home is totally trashed now, people suck
I went back to this one recently and it wasn't as bad as i was expecting but you are right, the people who did that really suck! Thank you very much for the comment!!
How often is there electric on ?
Not that often. Thanks very much for watching!!
Those curtains probably costed 3or 4 thousand just in that 1 room.
You think so? I have no idea how much curtains cost but it seems a bit high. Thanks very much for the comment!!
@@StaticSpaces Google, How much do good drapes cost .
You seem to be sure about this and i will take your word for it. I won't Google it because it will just be depressing to know how much it will cost me if i ever decide to replace some. 😆
