@@therealwillmotothat blip is from a lean running carb. Had the same exact issue until i rejetted and tuned it. Previous owner smacked a TBR exhaust and heavy breather air filter and didnt rejet the carb. Took me years to hunt the problem down but after i fixed the issue, no more hiccups from the carb
