@@LA-hw6yv i had the same question.....im guessing you can use white cement too, just that you might need to add adhesive into the mix to make it pliable so it can be rolled out like a dough, and for a smooth finish...also, you might need to wait a little longer for the white cement to completely dry before painting it.....wall putty cuts down on these steps, and dries faster.
