- I was lucky enough to be invited down to Maranello Sales to photograph their three new Ferrari Monza SP2s ready for delivery. With each car costing almost $2 million, these cars are sure to be a rare sight on the roads. They are powered by the 6.5-litre V12 from the Ferrari 812 Superfast, but without a windscreen or roof, this must be quite the experience. The most vibrant of the cars belongs to classic Ferrari specialist Talacrest, and the car is finished in the triple layer Rosso Magma paint, with blue wheels, inspired by the 1960s Maranello Concessionaires racing livery Ferrari used.

The only "hyper" about both Monza variations is their price. Performance wise there is really nothing hyper about them.

I always thought the front end looks like smiling stingrays. All jokes aside, Ferrari has done a good job since it seems like it is selling like hot cakes considering the high price point.

We were arranging them for a photoshoot, I highly doubt any tyres were ‘torn up’

The all black one please. The red and blue looks awful, and such bad taste. Plus the white round the front grille on the red and grey cars makes it looks like a dumb grinning gecko or something. Blue wheels on the red one are also bloody awful. Man, whoever ordered that has zero taste. Red and blue with brown interior ! Seriously ? Holy Moses. Disgusting.
