Regular meditation is listening to nature sounds around you too, sometimes whispers or someone talking low guiding you through the session. They're more to it buts that's the main reason.

Milo the Dog ASMR is the only channel I've found that uses a puppet instead of a person. He's still new and doesn't have many subscribers but he has potential. I try to give him ideas to help out because I need some puppet ASMR in my life😅😏
