The "Tissue-smell" that Foley is referring to is that brown paper you use to dry your hands in public washrooms. Sorta smells like cardboard and bad school memories.
you havent lived until you had to wipe with some of that stuff. i have made the pants around the knees waddle to the sink to moisten them shingles up before.
I'll back up Foley on the fact that tissues have a distinct smell but he's having a stroke if he's smelling it on a person

Yeah... like I was going to have my clean clothes smelling like my stank socks by the time I made it home.
That was in past tense, because now I do my laundry inside my home. Not everyone that does coin laundry is trash, but the laundromat is not the place to blink. Gotta keep your head on a swivel in there.
