as far as i'm concerned, the base and the mid variants of the Coolray are still better options than the emzoom variants, but the R-style really trumps the Coolray's top of the line offering. what i found surprising was the base variant having TPMS but no reverse cam.
This should be fine with an aftermarket rearview mirror display (and parking sensors) instead of the (sometimes) laggy built-in infotainment rearview video display. Some can live without the panoramic sunroof(future leak issues), power tailgate(future maintenance repair), ACC(underutilized in everyday city driving) and sportz+ mode (gas guzzler).
The base model is okay if you plan on switching to aftermarket wheels. Performance is the same. Rearview camera is cheap lang naman so ung difference na almost 200k okay na sa base variant. Analog is okay hindi nakakaduling sa araw..less features means longer battery life.
I should be ok with the base variant but I just can't live without the back-up cam. 4-6k for the aftermarket backup cam installation or additional 100k for a mid-variant instead? : ) Is the additional 100k worth it?
Man, thanks for this. Was really wondering how the base emzoom will fare, gotta recommend this to a cousin eyeing for her first car. This quick review of yours would definitely help a lot. Also, how older is the "little" sis? Haha!
You tested the GS version, what difference do you honestly feel vs the R-Style version when you accelerate and the engine performance? Thanks for the video!!
I wonder, since it doesn't have hill decent function and paddle shifters nor tiptronic, I wonder how you can downshift when the need arises? Like driving down sa Baguio?
this is actually good, except for missing manual mode at least, paddle shifter is really not necessary but why get rid of manual mode? at least retain the 1 and 2 gear like the jurassic car models
Whats even better is a Owner Dealer told me The Best Chinese Brand Is Gac and the worse is maxus He said the Gac Has No Problems With Parts Availability
@@JohnAgustinScuderia458595 haha yeah the only reason i consider them is they are at the same price range, i really like this but is the power and being a crossover enough to choose this over honda city S variant w/ honda sensing and the reliability of honda, though i prefer the higher ground clearance and the crossover design of emzoom
@@JohnAgustinScuderia458595 i just came home from visiting various dealerships today and i saw in one of your reviews of a GAC unit in Pasig and approached the rep that you stated Mr Johnel. I approached him take note of this. He didnt mind me at first as if i was invisible until i greeted him. A customer greeting an agent imagine that. He did not make eye contact with me and was just facing somewhere elss while i was inquiring about a GAC Unit. At this point i just walked out on him because he was not minding me anymore. In Alabang GAC however is a totally different world. They approached me at the door and accomodated me right away. They answered all my inquires about their unit. This is why i am buying my wife her GAC Emkoo tomorrow at their dealership. I always love your reviews. Keep it real and hope you get more subs! 🫰🫡

Question sir, why can’t you live without a backup camera?
Pwede na din considering it's engine stays the same with 174hp. You can have the reverse cam install naman after market. Still nice.
What is the main differences po ng GB and R-style?
Check my reviews of each in my channel I covered all of the variants!
I’m planning to get one early next year 🎉 thanks for this review
Nice to see all the different variations.
Gusto ko talaga yong Design nya parang Lambo, Sana magkaroon ako nito sa tamang panahon. 😍

What do you prefer sir? Emzoom vs chery tiggo 5x pro hybrid?
Ohh Tough Choice there! I mean if were comparing this Base Emzoom and a Tiggo 5x Pro I'd pick the Emzoom Base for its price!
@@JohnAgustinScuderia458595sir how about chery 5x pro hybrid or gac emzoom r-style?
You just definitely made my decision to go for GAC as my next car.

There's manual mode on either of the Emzoom variants! 🥺😭

True I forgot all about Maxus already! 😂🤣

Not a steal compared to Chery Tiggo 5x Pro, you get more features for 940,000
True but a con for the Tiggo 5x Pro Comfort it isn't as fun to drive as this Emzoom GS they're basically vice versa to each other.
Performance, this one wins
More power to you sir! Keep it up!
Thank you!
Available ito sa silver color ba daw? Yun parang opal
I think so
Foldable rear seats?
Yes
I think this ill be ok for first time car owners😍

Boss sorry baka namiss out ko, same HP lang ba si base at R-Style?
Yes

this or the honda city s?
Two different categories right there for sure this Emzoom Base since its at least still below the 1,000,000 Peso Mark.

Nice.
~$20k for a chinese made SUV is too much
how much should it be? for its features I'm pretty sure it is priced way below the jap/american brands
This GAC Casa is better than the one in Pasig definitely Staff are more accomodating and corteous 🫰
