How To Cut And Sew Maxi Dress Circle Dress With Spaghetti Straps | Maxi dress cutting and stitching

Sorry guys in the end I kept saying off shoulder. I mean to say spaghetti strap.
So to sew the strap, after hemming the neck. Pass the elastic through the hole, you made on the neck and secure the elastic.
Then you sew in the strap all round the sleeve and leave 8" for the sleeve.
