Excellent show Mike totally agree, I bought into the 5year plan. Vincent is way ahead of schedule last year. It would have been nice to have won it and not gone up. Vincent openly says you can't get every signing right. Like last season plenty of players went on loan to do really well. Same with this squad I keep the faith...how good will some of these players be in two years time.

Spot on Mike especially about Ashley, we should have kept him and let Jay go. Summer was so poor and has cost us our place in the PL, we cannot compete physically with most teams. We got in behind Everton so many times but the final ball from JBL was dreadful. We aren't far off, I expect us to go down and have another go at it. As far as philosophy, I'd rather watch a Kompany team in the Championship than a Dyche team in the PL (and I like everyone loved Dyche). I think the better team for us to try and emulate would be Brentford. Spot on about everything there, no crap teams in this league, every single team has top players nowadays. I'm concerned about Nuno at Forest, over a 50% win rate everywhere he''s been (even at Spurs), it could be the end for the bottom 3
