Hi! Great video. So to sum it up as far as direction goes:
    1) dipsy will go to unweighted side ( weight to left-will move right)
    2) Setting will be as if you were looking from stern
    3) Left goes to port, right goes to starboard ( i think it should be written like this on package) makes it simpler.
    Thank you!!

Awesome! I love running 100 foot leads behind my dipsys. Gives them an amazing action!!

I'll never forget a morning last season late spring I snuck out in my 15' one morning and as soon as I got out of the bay I was in 3 ft rollers. Could only troll into the waves and it was too crazy to put down my rigger so I just deployed the slide diver maybe not much more than 30-40ft out and had 3 beautiful mature coho in short order before I fled to safety.

I'm going to start experimenting with these because I grow tired of playing my exact science down rigger contraption. 20 to 30 feet my wife out catches me with lead core line each and every single time. I've met many fisherman who use these divers with much sucess. Good video.

What I want to know is how to adjust speed and line length to get to the target depth. How do you know how deep it is?

Love your videos, my friend! Why not, for a 6 rod set up, run a copper or leadcore on a planer, and run a mag. deeper diver (set on 3), along with a standard (size 4) deeper diver set on zero? What would be your critique on such a set up, for us smaller boat guys?

The size 0 dipsy has the clicking settings similar to the deeper. It doesn't have the numbers to indicate where you are like the size 1 or 3. With the depth chart it reads 0, 1, 2, or 3 but youve got to count out to get to that amount of offset. There are 12 total grooves in either direction. Easy enough math.

Hi Russell 😃 ! I need help !!! Just watched your video 👍🏼👍🏼. I have been using Dipsy Divers for years here on Lake Erie for walleyes.
Using #1s they are constantly spinning up on us for some reason. Thumb them going out, have used the clicker running them out. Losing many fish because of this !
Any suggestions to stop this spinning problem ??? Thank you

So correct me if I am wrong , I am a newbie at this so
Facing to the back of boat , on the port side, my dipsey should be setting on the left side ? And starboard be on the right.any info would be helpful.

When using wire with divers, what is the difference in diving capability based on dive chart on packaging, I use 124 deep diver from dreamweaver

Thanks Russell for the very informative videos. The last few years my wire divers have really slowed down compared to a years ago. How long is your leader between the diver and the flasher/fly??? I am still running a rod length leader but am wondering with the super clear water if I need to start running super long leaders. Thanks!!

I'm just getting into walleye fishing and I'm doing it from my kayak (with a trolling motor) . What size diver would you recommend to get to around 20ft take or give 5ft? Thanks guy.

I would go with the #0 Mini Diver easier to handle in a small cockpit

Asked this question to others about snaps and swivels. Ive used snap swivel to connect my main line, and snap swivel to connect leader line to dipsey, and plain snap to lure. But I see some just using a snap in both sides of the leader. Will utilizing the snap swivel to connect leader line to dipsey cause an issue?

I keep hearing the phrase 'wire diver' but I do not see a diver made for cooper wire. What is meant by wire diver?

Do the dream weaver divers come with a depth chart or can we use the Precision Trolling chart for the Luhr Jensen dypsys? You mentioned they were the same size
