This was nice video to watch! Only few years after the video was shot, all the expensive equipment was replaced by Canon cameras and smartphones used at home to produce the same quality 'delicious' videos.

Hi I've seen similar done by an Irish company who resell as stock food recipe video footage, similar to ehow or videojug.

Right way to light it. Red is overkill for this project. Light it right and shoot it right and you don't need the manipulation of raw for this one. Would have been fun to see some different cam angles, like cutting board level or vertical straight down (use a 45-degree tilted mirror above for that). Knife safety was scary (see the mango dice scene) Never, never cut towards any body part -- period. And bless the model, a little hand makeup would have been nice, those looked like the hands of a much older lady.
