loki laufeyson, also known by adoption as loki odinson and by his title as the god of mischief, is a character portrayed by tom hiddleston in the marvel cinematic universe (mcu) media franchise. based on the marvel comics character of the same name and the norse mythological deity of the same name, loki was introduced in the film thor (2011) and has since become a recurring staple in the mcu. as of 2023, the character has appeared in seven films and headlined the live-action series loki (2021), while alternate timeline versions, or "variants", of loki from within the multiverse have also appeared in loki, the animated series what if...? (2021) and the animated short film the good, the bart, and the loki (2021). as in the comics, loki is depicted as thor's adoptive brother and nemesis, a master of asgardian magic and sorcery, and a supervillain who regularly returns from apparent death. loki's jealousy of thor for being the crown prince of asgard brings them into conflict and, following a failed plot to take the asgardian throne for himself, loki attempts to conquer earth by subjugating humanity, inadvertently resulting in the formation of the avengers. though he is defeated and imprisoned, loki manages to replace his adoptive father odin as the ruler of asgard. he becomes an antihero when he aids thor in saving asgard from hela, but is killed by thanos soon after. a variant of loki from 2012 is later recruited by the time variance authority (tva), encounters a female variant of himself named sylvie, and ultimately sacrifices his freedom to save the multiverse from destruction. loki is considered a fan favorite character in the franchise and hiddleston's performance has received praise from critics and audiences.
tsumugi shirogane is the antagonist of danganronpa v3. a quiet student who is a plain-dressed otaku who tends to add famous anime quotes into conversations and often daydreams about the subject. despite being the "ultimate cosplayer," she only designs costumes for others, preferring not to wear them herself, and loathes dressing up as non-fictional characters to the extent that she breaks out in hives if she attempts to do so. she identifies herself as "the 53rd generation of junko enoshima" and the mastermind of the new killing school life during the chapter 6 trial, being part of the production team responsible for creating the danganronpa reality show and a violently obsessive fan of the show in her own right. she is also revealed as having set up kaede as rantaro's killer to dispose of the two for the sake of ratings. she attempts to break the remaining contestants by showing them shuichi, kaede, and kaito's audition tapes, though it is heavily implied that the interviews were fabricated. tsumugi is executed by keebo when she orders him to launch an assault on the school after seeing that the audience no longer desires the continuation of the show; despondent at the loss of the one thing she loved, she allows herself to be crushed by a large boulder along with monokuma. hers and monokuma's execution is named "ultimate annihilation".

How does Danganropa have so many characters? If someone told me that rap battle channels are just making up characters to put in rap battles I would believe them
There’s about 60 characters in just the games lol
In the 3 main games alone there are 48 final students, Jin Kirigiri, Monokuma, Usami and five monokubs and all of these without counting the characters from Another Episode: Ultra dispair girls, the animes, comics and mangas (And possibly I have forgotten something ) So imagine how many there are.

Each main installment centers on a group of people locked in a single location who have to get away with murder if they want to leave. That premise benefits quite a bit from having a large cast.

I'm conflicted.
On one hand, Loki didn't have as many bars and for a bit there just seemed to me almost like he was taking it, while Tsumugi was popping off and was really staying in character while insulting, which is nice to see, plus she got a lot of lines in and her flow was nice.
On the other hand, what Loki said in that last part really hit hard (harder than that rock that crushed Tsumugi) and I also like that Mobius was there from the beginning and was the one to convince Loki to do it, and also the part where he called himself the God of Mischief was so nice, and also how he quoted Hulk too from Avengers, as well as using his illusion powers on her after she used her cosplay powers.
So, for me at least, they're tied. But overall, the video is super well done, and was really enjoyable to watch!!
