!!Note: degree of 0 is not defined...only other constants (1,2,3..) have degree "zero"...the number 0 has undefined degree!!

at 4:46 you say that the degree of 0 is 0 but it is not true 0's degree is undefined cause doesn't matter what degree you take it is gonna end up with 0, just like doesn't matter with which no you multiply 0 it is gonna end up with 0.
