HAY, JESUS! Cookie Recipe:
Pour one bag of butterscotch chips (other flavor chips may be substituted) in a large, microwavable bowl. Heat on high for 45 seconds, stir, and then continue heating and stirring at 15-second intervals until the chips are completely melted. Add to the bowl 3.5 cups of crunchy chow mein noodles. Stir gently with a rubber spatula.
Using two spoons, scoop small, oblong mounds of the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. While the cookies are still warm, press a peanut or mini-marshmallow onto one end of each mound to look like baby Jesus' head poking out of the hay in the manger. Place the cookie sheet in the fridge or on the porch to chill. Enjoy!
