Silly question about tantrums 🙂how does one stop throwing tantrums then 😂it’s just sometimes I’m so overwhelmed with so much negativity in my brain and by others around me and my inner child just idk I start like loosing it
I’ve tried to regulate myself by taking deep breathes and talking compassionately but sometimes I get Introuvle for acting that way instead of being asked what’s wrong 🤷‍♀️So if I try to be nice to myself and my fam hears me usually I’m made fun of so idk what to do 🧍‍♀️🫶🫶🫶thanks for your video

It's totally okay to have a tantrum once in a while, we are allowed to be human! I totally get that, when your feelings aren't acknowledged you don't feel heard and that can be difficult to deal with. But know that the fact you're dealing with it, just that you're conscious of it is a huge step. I'm wishing you all the best!
