This is Omar Flores, AKA El Vago. He was a well-known cartel boss and the son of an even bigger drug lord in Michoacan, Mexico.
So how did he end up dismembered on camera, and why?
Well, it all comes back to the same problem: the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, or the CJNG. It’s just nonstop brutality with these guys, and as the cartels fight each other for dominance, the CJNG always seems to come out on top.

I can't agree more with the repeated warnings not to watch this stuff. In the early days of youtube, watching a young Russian soldier get his head chopped off with a small knife by Chechen rebels 20 or so years ago will always haunt me. It's really difficult to watch someone who knows they're going to die, get killed, slowly. Not something you forget.

Easier said than done. When in that situation there's always gonna be in the back of your mind that maybe if you co-operate theyll let you off easy. Survival instincts. Also these guys operate in such a way you might not even think youre in cartel hands. Might be "Arrested" by a police officer then once those cuffs are on its game over. Working a manufacturing job, 12 hours a day for 6 days a week. It'll take you three months of working those hours to make the equivalent of 2k USD.

Nah CJNG is not as bad as los Zetas, los Zetas were actually so bad that all the other cartels temporarily joined to kill every last one of them and nearly exterminated them all. They were reduced to a small group only covering a fraction of what territory they had and aren’t as violent any more.

It's true. 4 years ago I stumbled on a site that I thought just talked about the cartels but there was one tab I clicked on that opened the gates of hell. It was the video of the two guys who are decapitated with a chain saw. The video isn't labeled in English so I didn't know what it was about.
When it opens it was just two shirtless guys sitting on the ground (their photo is used on every one of these stories- one stocky guy and one thin guy with a mustache). They're just answering questions from a guy off camera for a few minutes and then you hear the growl of a chainsaw starting up. I'm thinking "what the f'k is that?" The camera pans over to a maniac starting a chain saw with about a 3 foot long blade. Again I'm thinking this is some kind of sick prank.
But no he walks over to the thin guy and when it dawns on me this is real I hit pause. Unfortunately just a second too late so I saw the man's head flop over into the other guy's lap. Closed that site out and deleted my history. So don't ask me for the address since I wouldn't tell you even if I remembered it (I don't). Trust me it is not something a normal human being should ever see.

I have seen a g video and after 15 minutes I fainted . This is an evolutionary mechanism to protect your body from casualties in war. To make the enemy think you're dead. But this serves another purpose, which is to prevent excruciating pain.
The way the guys started, it will cause a lot of blood loss which will make you faint very quickly. And that's exactly what happened.
