There's a reason people still want to go to concerts. Not just communing with the rest of the crowd or feeling the bass thump in our chests, but to return a little love to the artists whose work moves us. And unless you can afford a private performance (who can?), the stage production can make or break your experience. Any time you see your artist up on the screen, that's the work of a dedicated team. Engineers who build the stage, put up the screens, directors, sound engineers, people who work in lighting and pyrotechnics and sound to make your experience feel like you're right there on stage with the performers. My husband has worked camera on Bottle Rock for several years. It's not just a matter of getting a wide shot and sitting there with it, or trusting to autofocus. The camera operator has to stay on track with the performer, catching their movements around the stage, dealing with sudden flashes of light and dark that may blow out or underexpose the shot. The director and editor have to showcase the highlights. For instance if someone's playing a guitar solo, you don't want to be looking at the lead singer nodding and smiling. You want to see those fingers on the frets. I'm not a photographer myself, but the quality of the concert footage blows me away. Great job, Bottle Rock! May you have many happy returns!

What an amazing venue of artists in such a beautiful place to celebrate with a huge diversified crowd!!! Something tells me this is going to crow larger crowds especially after BottleRock 2023!
I eXpected to hear the Red Hot Chili Peppers song since they were headliners right? Didn't make it to bottlerock, but did see the Peppers july 2022 in santa clara and also april fools day in vegas 2023. Their ability to stay relevant and rock like they do is amazing to me. If they do bottlerock again next year count me in.❤ that lizzo too.

I was there too and I just want to make it clear that there were many many people that attended BottleRock all three days that are over 25 years old.
