Great video. First time I've seen one with the commutator stone rather than sand paper.
The directions on the cleaner says "to seat brush: with the motor running, press down hard on the brush and apply the Brush Seater at heel of brush. Friction...releases material and carries it under the brush" Where is the "heel"?
