I love this product. It’s exactly what i needed. My long virgin hair is level 6 or 7 and i wanted to try red and orange for a long time without damaging my natural hair. It’s perfect for experimenting with color at home with no commitment. On a virgin hair color washes out completely in 10 washes but at every stage it looks nice. I was impressed by how vibrant red i got even on my virgin hair.

What if I want to refresh a red violet color? Can I still mix it with off black or something else would be better?
It's more of a colored conditioner. It washes out after few uses.

Great question! 6-12 is a shade that Contains -1 Cendre | Blue/Violet | and -2 Ash | Blue | for helping cancel out unwanted orange/yellow tones. It is very strong on it's own and we would recommend mixing it into a neutral if you have any highlights in the hair. Hope that this helps. 💜💙

hi I have question, ive used chroma ID 7-77 last week on my client, freshly bought freshly opened, but I can say by eye the texture was really different, thicker, harder to apply, also I needed to apply more of product because of the thickness. Is there any possibility to change the thickness of product dilute the texture but not lost pigmentation and coverage?...The result was still pretty cool, but the application took more time and product. Thanks.
I would apply it in wet hair. Had this color and used so much mask til I put it in wet hair. 😊

Yes you can! The Chroma ID Intense Bonding Masks and Chroma ID Bonding Masks (which match the IGORA ROYAL numbering system) are great to add color into the hair or refresh color between appointments. They can last up to 12-15 shampoos. Hope that this helps ✨
What if I need to make it more copper and not so orange? What can I mix into it?
Hello there! With the Chroma ID we also have a 7-77 that matches IGORA Royal. You could mix it with the Chroma ID 0-00 to dilute the formula, or even add the 9,5-1 into the mixture to tone down the copper with the Cendre tone. We always recommend swatching out your formulas first on a test strand to find your favorite formula. Hope this helps ✨

Hello there! When creating a red copper with Chroma ID you could mix the Bonding Masks and Intense bonding masks together like 7-77 + 6-88 or 7-77 + Red or the Red + Orange. We always recommend swatching them out on a test strand first to make sure you get your desired shade. 💖
